Two for Tuesday

Tuesday is the first night of the 2 night "Idol Gives Back" special, and after the performance show of "American Idol"(Fox Tuesday 7) your vote will count more than ever. Sponsors will make a donation for every vote cast after this special show where the top 6 will sing "life anthem"(?) songs, the proceeds will benefit children in America and Africa (I may actually vote for the first time ever-Jordin is my Idol (the space before the parentheses was brought to you by Hillary)) . I really like the fact that American Idol is giving something back, but I can't help but daydream about what next week's Jon Bon Jovi episode will do to benefit me.

"Gilmore Girls"(Tuesday The CW 7) is possibly nearing the end of its run, so tune in now to see either how the series ends or what direction season 8 will take. Michel's "Audi 5000" last week was a perfect example of why this show still deserves a chance.
"Veronica Mars"(Tuesday The CW 8) returns next week and is also either coming to an end or building towards an exciting fourth season. This intellegent show has failed to build a consistant audience due to switching nights and then networks. Hopefully The CW will give Veronica another chance and more support for another season.

Co-op America was one of the organizers of the Green festival and their site has a wealth of information on many environmental topics. With my admission ticket to the Green festival, I received a subscription to Co-op America Quarterly and there are some great articles in the magazine which are also available online. One article from the Fall 2006 issue is "Tackling the Climate Crisis" and it has some great info, here are some important highlights. Check out this page to find out more about the climate change. You can go here to see if renewable sources of power are available in your area. And you can offset your emissions at Native Energy or Terra Pass.

Check out the concept that has earned Chicago the title of "City of the Future".

I do hope VM comes back on for another season. My weeks have been empty not being able to stare into Kristen Bell's eyes and perky boobies.

Well said, and its good to see some support for a great show that I owe so much to.
I addressed my love for Veronica back on March 5th, and at the time I thought that the show would return for sure. But as it turns out Veronica is on the bubble, and any attention Kristen Bell or her boobies can get is great. Thanks
