Once you know the value of your iPod you can have Nextworth send you a box to return it in, or you can take it to a Tweeter store. Nextworth will send you a box(shipping is paid for) you pack it up and send it back to them. They will make sure the condition is as you said, that all accessories are there, and then send you a check.
If possible I would recommend taking it to a Tweeter for both instant gratification and so that you know the "true" value of your iPod before giving it up. If you take it to a Tweeter store, you can either instantly apply the money to a new iPod(or anything else in the store) or get a gift card.
