IPDE and other tricks to life improvement

IPDE- Identify Predict Decide Execute (pronounced ip d) - This is the mantra that makes me an excellent driver, yeah, excellent driver. IDPE over time will become automatic, but there are always glorious moments when you realize that IPDE alone helped you pass a group of suckers who got stuck behind a bad driver(turning, driving slow or just being an idiot)
V8 V-Fusion - Do you not get your fruits and vegetgables as often as you should? Well this drink is my answer to not treating my body very well. Each 12 ounce bottle gives you 1 and a half servings of both fruits and vegetables. For about $1.50 I am able to at least attempt to be healthy
Stay right except to pass- if you aren't currently passing someone or won't be within 15 seconds then stay in the furthest right lane available, and get out of my way(suggested by Jimster, its a big problem in the Jersey)

Important Terms Thoughts and Theories

Teeny Bopper - Typically used to describe a show or movie which centers around teens or teen related issues.(See "One Tree Hill" or "Smallville")
Slow Reveal - My term for the story telling method that "Lost" has used to show us more about the characters. We slowly learn bits and pieces about the characters though flashbacks in addition to what we learn from their real time interactions.
PTM - Primtive Training Method - Think Rocky IV working out in the barn and Rocky II chasing chickens
Reset Button - This is not just for video games anymore. The reset button theory can be applied to just about anything, but in real life it takes some commitment. For example, you can reset sleep patterns(fight through an all-nighter to get back on a normal schedule), just about any habits, and even relationships
